Coaching with Gina Michael is a collaborative, action-focused process. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment — Gina does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need clinical support, she will always encourage you to seek it from a licensed professional.

Free discovery calls are scheduled through the calendar on this website. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible, so the time can be offered to someone else. Life happens — you just have to let me know.

Coaching outcomes depend on many things, including your own commitment and circumstances. While Gina brings her full experience, education and care to every client, specific results cannot be guaranteed. What is shared on this website — in blog posts, the podcast, resources and testimonials — reflects individual experiences and is not a promise of your outcome.

Program details, pricing and payment terms are agreed upon directly with each client before coaching begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to purchase services at a listed price; it is an invitation to start the conversation.
